Good Deal on T.O.D 1&2 ?

I was browsing through a second-hand CD store yesterday, and I spotted
(PS1) Tales of Destiny I, Tales of Destiny II, and Grandia, all complete in a case in the store. Someone obviously keeps up on the rarer games there because of the prices set:

T.O.D. I - $40.00
T.O.D. II - $60.00
Grandia - $25.00

The discs all seemed to be in mint or near mint condition.
I was wondering if this was a good deal, and if I ought to go back and grab them.
I don't have them, and I might consider selling the T.O.D.s, but I really would like to keep Grandia.
Thoughts?

thats about the Ebay going rate for each of those games, there's a store just like that near me, they cant price anything without looking it up on Ebay , but if you really want them and theyre in such great shape your saving yourself the hassle of buying them on Ebay, try to haggle a bit tho

ebay: Tales of Destiny with pictures goes around 40-50
Tales of Destiny 2 with pictures goes around 60-100
Grandia for some reason has been going up around 25-30 , it was like 15-20 couple months ago.

Did ToD 2 go up recently?

I got mine for a little bit under $50 with shipping about a month and a half ago and everytime I look for ToD 1 I see that ToD 2 is starting to avg. around $80 now.
