Good place to get J-Rock Albums?

Whats a good website to buy J-Rock Albums? Or maybe a good store around Torrance, CA area (Los Angeles pretty much). I know Torrance has a lot of Japanese people. I've seen japanese movie stores and japanese book stores and japanese game imports but havent seen any music import palces. I'm looking for Antic Cafe and 12012 pretty much. I'm looking for a store or website that sells them for less than $20 but its okay if it costs more. If you have one, could you be willing to sell it to me? So, thanks for help in advance, thanks.

Did you try checking the movie, book, and game stores? I know Book-Off typically sells Japanese music for $3-7 a CD; they're used, but they don't accept anything not in good condition.
