Good voice recognition software for Windows XP?

I want the best of the best. Something that will work with windows xp, and more importantly, Firefox and Trillian.

Does that only work within programs?

It works for pretty much a lot of things in Windows. Lots of voice commands replacing shortcut keys, it works with browsers, instant messengers, and of course, the entire MS Office suite.

Ah cool, because when reading about it it only talks about the office and IE stuff. I'll just have configure it.

If you want to try voice command without buying something expensive like dragon, opera has it built into thier browser. Never used it myself, though.

The Opera voice command thing works very well actually
