"Girls as young as 11 are stacking colorful rubber "sex bracelets" up their arms while their parents are unaware that each piece of the cheap jewelry represents a different sex act, according to a secret-code the kids share.

Some symbolize an invitation to kinky get-togethers, several kids told The Post.

The kids play a game called "Snap" associated with wearing the bracelets. In the game, girls wear the bracelets around their wrists, and if a boy runs up and rips one off, he gets a "coupon" from the girl to perform whatever sex act the color stands for."

Soon kindergardeners will be having sex... sheesh!

Me to Sneaky...I mean...Im not a "outcast" as you say you are...and I know some pretty slutty whores but I dont think anyone in my school knows of this...Ive never even heard a mention of this...I would know if I have because I havent died of laughter when being told...This is ridulas..."Ill give you head if you rip my green bracelet off!"...its idiotic...come on...kids are having sex enough why do we have to make a game out of it?

OMG I bet that mom is proud to have her daughters picture on the internet. Also does every local TV station use the same template for their web site. If you switched the pictures of those newscaster with my local newscasters it would be a carbon copy of the local news website here

some ppl wear those in my school..they just don't wear a boatload...like they have 2 colors and 2 on each wrist...but they are the "gothic" ppl, lol...

Yeah, and everyone swore up and down about 10-15 years ago that if you got an unbroken pop tab off of a can that you could redeem it for a shaq-fu.

It's a popular myth... even if there are a few imbred morons that actually act based on it.

this is just some media hype ...if anything...it's stories like this that SPREAD the whole damn things...

when I was in school we learned about things from the news....I remember one story about a new drug called Exctasy that was some epidemic...never heard of it until the news broke out the story and then of course I had to try it.

I am sure kids are watching this news story and thinking...Oh so to be cool I should get some bracelets because everyone is doing it.
 
Let me repeat myself.

Even if they are not committing the sex acts where this occurs, they are still playing the sex games which is bad enough for 11 year olds.

Dismissing the whole situation simply because they don't commit the sex acts is foolish and ignorant of the effects of the whole situation.

And let me reiterate that I never said this was an epidmic or some widespread thing.
 
i think they in fact are just an innocent fad. the kids at that private school just made the game up. i asked some of the girls at my school and they didnt know anything about it. though i have yet to ask this one girl who has a bunch and i know for a fact that she uh..."does" her boyfreind.

P.S. i am in 8th grade not 5th
 
This type of behavior is only enhanced by the sexual degradation of women through mass media. MTV is the biggest culprit.

it's BS, girls are not whore bags who give it out to a random guy who breaks a braclet. Yes there are some times groups of kids that share partners & do crazy things but this braclet this is bougus.

Wouldn't the myth turn to fact if a kid acted on it? I've seen more than one article about this, and if they are interviewing kids saying they are doing this, how can it be fake?

Bad enough it's at catholic school and these kids are 11, then again, i knew all of the "sexual slang" and innuendo associated with it by the time I was that age. I was also starting to swear too. Jeez I was such a rebel kid now that i come to think about it. But never anything this kooky.
 
So if a teacher ends up taking away these bracelets from a bunch of girls does that mean he's got a free pass to fuck them all? And anyways this seems to be more of an isolated or localized incident. I've heard this story somewhere before when I was still in school but never saw anything like it. I may not be a teenager anymore but I think people give them too little credit when it comes to sexual responsibility.
