Didn't see this mentioned on the forums yet.... There is a German website that is sending out codes. Just need to enter your email and they email it to you instantly. Worked for me yesterday and for a few friends today. Not sure how many codes they have left, but when I tried it a few minutes ago there was still a pop up to enter your email.
