The 360 is the version with the over the shoulder view ( as I can see by these screenshots ) and the 1st person view? Or is that the Xbox, PS2 version that is having that? I know one of these left it out but cant remember which.

Yeah, shit looks hot. I've never played a Ghost Recon game so I'm really looking forward to this. It sure has come a long way than those screens that came out a little while after E3 last year.

According to 1Up, you can do either 3rd person over shoulder or 1st person view in the 360 version. Not sure what the case is with the other versions. I do remember they said that on the 360 version in 1st person view there is no gun model on screen, just the reticle.
