The Blockbuster B1G1 Free deal allows you to get it for $16.04 (or $8.02 if you split the cost between it and the free game). I know it's used but I got a pristine complete copy. (I added 7% NY sales tax)

I got it from my friend 2 weeks after release for $20 because he didn't want it anymore. I didn't get the 1 free month but I still thought I had a steal. Do GTA IV's still come with a free month nowadays?

Yup, plenty of $15 copies at my Blockbuster. PS3 and 360 versions.

I got the PS3 version day 1 via megafreebies bet never really got into it. For $8 at BB I couldn't resist trying again, this time with the 360 version.
