Grand Theft Auto IV CE for $29?

Is the Grand Theft Auto IV Collector's Edition worth the buy for $29? I have a friend that needs the money and wants to sell me his for Xbox 360. I haven't played the other ones but hear this one is good. I just think it's cool to have the lock box and the duffle bag.
 
I thought it would be cool to have the lockbox and duffel bag, but believe me you're better off just buying a used copy from Blockbuster for $15 than spending the extra money.

Actually, if you were able to find one, Blockbuster had these for $29.99 during the new game clearance they had a month or two ago. I ended up finding FOUR total, three of which I bought and I've since returned one(much to the chagrin of the one manager who had already returned all the new games).

I figured these things would be GREAT trade fodder and I'd get alot of offers for stuff I WANT. Sadly, that has NOT been the case and I think the return period for the other two has lapsed as well.

Before you ask, the other two I still have SEALED are for PS3.
