Currently Radio Shack is running a deal for GTA IV for $49.99 (until 8/9), and there's a $10 off $40 coupon from their entertainment book so you can get it for $39.99 + tax. Try this link for the coupon:

Btw, I tried this today with no problems (double sided color printout) and the total came out to a little over $42.
