I got CoD 4 for $35, Oblivion for $13, and Unreal Tournament III for $16.
Some good places if you are in the city are PlayNTrade on 13th street between broadway and 4th ave, Video Games New York on 6th st between 2nd and 3rd, and finaly a place on elizabeth street in a mall downstairs.
 
There's places in NYC where you can get Unreal Tournament III new for $10. I saw a few on Friday but I passed. Video Games New York sells at ebay prices and some PS1 games I was interested in at PnT sold above ebay prices. I've never been to J&L, but I've heard good things.

meh yeah but sometimes they have cheap deals... such as when sf4 didnt come out yet they had that hori stick for 100 bucks for the ps3 then when sf4 did it got jacked to like 250
