When a herd of Water Buffalo encounters a pride of lions who will win?

OH MY GOD THAT WAS AMAZING!!!

I was going to say, what an idiot bull that was leading his herd (and probably his own calf - I don't think he would have managed to get his homeboys riled up enough to get his back and rescue the calf if it wasn't his and if he wasn't the head bull) directly into the waiting paws of that pride. I mean, he walked them up to within 25 feet of them.

Just when I thought that calf was securely in the hands of that pride, after the tug of war with the croc, BAM, the thug ass buffalo came back and brought the whole crew!!! I can't believe that calf was still alive, and could get up and walk away. It must have had a few bitefuls missing from its side!

And the funniest was watching that one lioness get LAUNCHED in the air..."REEEEOOOOOWWWRRR!!!"
 
It's like watching the Animal Kingdom version of Bloods vs Crips.

P.S. That baby buffalo is one tough little guy to get attacked by 3 lions and a croc and still manage to not only survive, but to walk away from it.
