You mean like Steam where the combo pack is cheaper than either of the two separate games?Would be better if it was a GOT RPG + GOT: Genesis RTS combo pack.
That would work, too.You mean like Steam where the combo pack is cheaper than either of the two separate games?
... HOLY CRAP. D:Unless my eyes don't deceive me, GMG right now has the Sonic Ultimate Pack for $29.70 which includes everything that was listed on the steam page and more especially with the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive Classics. What I want to know is if it includes all 5 packs or is it just the first?
so, what am I missing here? Looks to me the same as the Steam Sonic Hits pack (also $30).... HOLY CRAP. D:
How did I miss that?! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH
I must be seeing a different bundle then, because this is what the description says:No, it also has the other, non-Sonic Genesis games pack included. Almost 50 games, most of them quite good. I think it actually includes every Genesis game on Steam except the Toejam & Earl titles.
Those are the Genesis games. That's all five packs.
- SEGA Genesis & Mega Drive Classics
and this was my reading comprehension fail for the day . Man that is a crazy deal, if only I had the cash to drop on it now, so temptingThose are the Genesis games. That's all five packs.
Also, the 20% off voucher doesn't work with this! DAMN YOU, GMG!

I traded for a single code from a cag who bought it earlier. I can verify the sonic hits collection is one code.Has anyone bought this? I want to know if it's a single code for all of these, or separate codes for each!
Anyone pulled the trigger on this? It looks so tempting... especially with all the old school Genesis titles... comes to a whopping 70 games or so...I must be seeing a different bundle then, because this is what the description says:

Yeah. Just tried it. So comes to 23.67. I have it in my basket... debating whether I should actually get it or not.The 10% coupon (GMG10-VTTCS-VYH18) works on Sonic if that sways anyone, comes to $26.73.
Update: 20% voucher is working now for Sonic.

Edit #2: I wonder if Confrontation's MSRP will be adjusted, sale is up for it but it is $8 and MSRP on Steam is half of what it is on GMG.

$26.80 is just shy of 48% off. I'm not in any hurry to buy it, but ~half off for such a recent game isn't a bad deal if you're looking to play it now. Will the 25% voucher work on remember me at 33$
It's 20% off
Comes to $26.80
Yea, I'll wait until 19 or cheaper$26.80 is just shy of 48% off. I'm not in any hurry to buy it, but ~half off for such a recent game isn't a bad deal if you're looking to play it now.
Wait for Gold Upgrade sale on Steam. Has been 75% off on past sales = 2,5€/5,0$ it's cheaper and has other DLC too.Cant get any of the vouchers to work for Gods and Kings.... Guess ill pass again
Can't say, but that is what I'd expect from a Sonic pack. The Steam bundle came with SEGA Genesis & Mega Drive Classics as well, I haven't started it yet but I assume that's where Bean Machine and Sonic 2, Sonic 3, etc. are, because those didn't show up in my library separately.
Just ran and my version of SEGA Genesis & Mega Drive Classics has 6 games:
Sonic 3D Blast
Bean Machine
Sonic Spinball
Sonic the Hedgehog
Sonic the Hedgehog 2
Sonic 3 & Knuckles
Not sure if the other games were included with GMG or not
The one on GMG, the one that the voucher didn't work with, DID include the Genesis Packs. The Steam one does not have them - who thought that? They're not in the game list in the page. Can't say, but that is what I'd expect from a Sonic pack.
There was wild speculation amongst the ignorant about it being all 48 Genesis games, but I'd expect that to be listed as Sega Genesis Classics Pack 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5. ...besides this is a Sonic pack. I'd expect Sonic games... which are missing from afore mentioned packs.
I have the Genesis/Mega-Drive Game Bundle (from Amazon DVG - I bought DRM-FREE version of it and since I already owned one MegaDrive Game on Steam, I just installed them packs all into the Steam folder purposely - slick, eh?) and some of the Sonic games from Amazon DVG's Sonic Action Game Pack. Can't say, but that is what I'd expect from a Sonic pack.

Yeah, I'd read about that. I tried that emulator, and I'm not wild about it... it's competent but barebones.I have the Genesis/Mega-Drive Game Bundle (from Amazon DVG - I bought DRM-FREE version of it and since I already owned one MegaDrive Game on Steam, I just installed them packs all into the Steam folder purposely - slick, eh?) and some of the Sonic games from Amazon DVG's Sonic Action Game Pack.
Most of those older Sonic games that were out when the Genesis was out - they will show-up in the Genesis/MegaDrive program.
Really been wanting to pick up that game, and this is almost 50% off with the voucher, a deal we probably won't see beat in a while for a Capcom game. I'm debating on it as well.I went ahead and caved on Remember Me. Love Capcom, despite all their faults. And I've been really wanting to play this game, looking for any semblance of a sale because there's no way I was going to pay $50 for it. Half off works for me.
This has been a pretty solid sale overall, though keeping track every 6 hours is a little intense. I missed 3 or 4 sets of deals, maybe? But I did pickup 12 games for under $50, half of that now being Remember Me.
You can try GMG10-VTTCS-VYH18, should still work.Is there still a coupon that would be valid on the new Walking Dead episode?
Thanks, I figured there was a 10% around somewhere, but their blog page was so cluttered with all the 666 announcements I couldn't find it.You can try GMG10-VTTCS-VYH18, should still work.
Edit: Confirmed, just bought it myself (thanks for reminding me; I still had $2 credit from an earlier sale. Yay 50% off!)
Double confirmed. Worked for me as well. $19.75 after coupon + .50 cents credit. Hooray! You can try GMG10-VTTCS-VYH18, should still work.

Did you use the GMG25 code for a Civ game? I know they've got a 25% off code for certain games, and run the 10% for everything else. If I'm wrong... damn it! I could have saved some quarters!Double confirmed. Worked for me as well. $19.75 after coupon + .50 cents credit. Hooray!
Edit: I used GMG25-BAWQB-8UQWG from the civfanatics forum and it worked. Try either code, I guess?
Yeah that was a 25% on top of the pre-order price of 10%, so it was basically 35% off total.Did you use the GMG25 code for a Civ game? I know they've got a 25% off code for certain games, and run the 10% for everything else. If I'm wrong... damn it! I could have saved some quarters!
http://blog.playfire.com/is there a list somewhere of what games were in this 666 sale by any chance? Just curious to see what they had on sale.
Came here to ask the exact same thing.R.A.W. worth $3? I love ARPGs but I'm a little hesitant about this one due to some of the bad press/word of mouth.
Think Diablo > Torchlight > R.A.W. as far as development is concerned. Excellent graphics, but everything else is generic. If you really love ARPG's, it's at a price that make's it worth it right now. 3 characters, no customization, shallow skill tree. It's decent? Kinda like the Dynasty Warriors of ARPG's, but not as cool. Not much more I can say unfortunately, lol.R.A.W. worth $3?
