Remember the dev that spammed everyone that redeemed a The Body Changer desura key asking them to vote for the game on greenlight? Well, he won't be giving us Steam keys.

Hi guys
smile.gif

BM11 has only the Desura keys.

Check it here https://groupees.com/bm11

During the bundle TBC wasn't on Greenlight and we offered only the Desura Key

with no reference to Steam key, in fact as you can see there is not the button "Vote on Greenlight and get the free Steam Key when greenlit".

Of course, everyone who bought TBC through Desura will have the Steam key when the game will be released.

For any other question just ask

Well that's nice of him to show his appreciation like that. We'll see if he changes his tune. So far in the indie dev vs internet fight, internet seems to be winning.

Now they're raising the preorder price? What's this bullshit?

Sometimes I'd blind-buy for $1, but honestly that's just about the maximum that I can talk myself into. Even just a small incremental increase (like say a quarter) is enough to make me skip this- given that so far that all of these preorder-first bundles they offered have not produced anything I really want, nothing I'm particularly excited to own, and some that are of dubious value even as just +1's.

It's been annoying enough to watch Indie Gala slowly creep their Monday Bundle price upwards, but even then they toss out an offering every week and there's no blind buy to it.

There is nothing Groupees is doing right now that I'm interested in or excited in. That includes their worthless coin that's sitting in my account.

Aren't Greenlight bundles usually a dollar anyway? Or am I thinking of the Gala ones?

I actually enjoy these blind preorders. It's gambling for games and considering black jack's $5 a hand minimum at most every casino in Vegas I think I can handle this.

You should be playing poker if you want to come out ahead.

They didn't raise the price, they lowered it.. Last greenlight bundle was $1.50 for preorders.

Well I bought an IndieRoyale Greenlight bundle...last Groupees Greenlight bundle one had like 1-2 good games...ugg I hate pre-orders!

Here's the game from the main Greenlight page image:

A Camp In the Woods

Link

RPGMaker game....so that's one of them.

The game is being developed by a single person. He apparently got a grant from the Brazilian government to work on it.

I'm supporting the project just because of that. It's good to see new talent pop up from South America.

Eh I'm a sucker for RPGMaker games no matter how bad they are. I'll throw in my pre-order. I've seen better stuff on Greenlight recently too so hope we get at least 1 of those. Yes i do vote on Greenlight games and yes I'm up to date as of today again. Guess my Greenlight knowledge is useful in identifying these games haha. Pre-order for nitro....

Well at least this time you know you're getting 8 games instead of a couple with some of the other stuff they throw in.

They also posted an upcoming heavy music bundle for those who want to get their head banging on.
