I don't wade into the cesspool anymore. Anyway, it's not really worth anything to me. I'd be happy if it where in a bundle with other stuff I'd want but nothing I'd buy independently.
I'm sure you'll beg your way into a copy here all the while bitching about beggars on the kodex.

This popped up while we weren't looking: The Long Island Music Bundle. 8 albums with 4 bonuses. $1 minimum with 20% of your purchase going to Long Island Food Not Bombs.

I have no idea who any of these people are but there you go.
Cool. That's where me and Makman are from!

I have never heard of this charity though, and the name seems particularly dumb which doesn't surprise me.

Might grab this one for the sake of local pride though.

I could use a copy of Fabula Mortis as well. I will give you a Steam Gift of Particula and all my Steam Gems 354 of them.

I listened to a couple of songs and I kind of liked what I heard. I don't know, it just may be that I'm really appreciating music that I don't hear all the fuck ing time on the radio.

Where is Brand New and Taking Back Sunday ? Or hell Eddie Money. We are all from Long Island :)
So many Bobby clones, what's even going on, you guys.

People still listen to the radio?

I used to listen to the radio, like 10 years ago. I've turned it on a few times over the years, realized they're still playing the same loops from 10-20 years ago, turned it off. And I refuse to become one of those people that listen to talk radio.

Oh, look at this RichAssGamer: I've got my own orbiting space station beaming me personalized vocalizations from the heavens like a seraph directing my soul. Nevermind the Arecibo sized satellite dish strapped to my roof.

That's how satellite radio works, right?

I can't listen to anything but talk radio, which is why i have satellite radio. I turn on regular radio and its music from these shitty groupees bundles, or MysterD's top 40 that someone in their 30's shouldn't be listening to....or music that they play at Starbucks that makes me want to burn them down.

Neuro, I agree about not wanting to listen to talk radio.  Just asking though, want music do you generally like to listen to?  I occasionally listen to radio as I still drive a 2000 vehicle that has a tape deck w/radio.  At home, I just burn music from various sources i.e. library to my music library and set my own loops per se.

I pretty much listen to everything. Pop, classical, theater, dub, whatever. I don't like talk radio because it's usually people talking about their opinions/viewpoints on things and the fact is everyone is wrong about everything, so...yeah. I do the same though as I'm currently just streaming my own playlists via BT from my phone until I finish my Nexus 7 install.

I listen to Sirius.  It came with our car for a year and I've enjoyed it so far.  Much better than regular radio IMO.  I mostly listen to the hip-hop stations and the comedy stations, but it's nice to have all these super specific stations to tune in to like 80s pop, 90s rock, etc.

Recently, they have a new station on FM here that plays nothing but "old school" hip-hop which is mostly 90s and early 00s stuff and I like that one a lot.

Not a huge fan of talk radio in the conventional sense, though I do like Sway in the Morning and the All out Show with Rude Jude.  I do get into talk radio from time to time for the entertainment value though.  Like I'll even listen to conservative talk radio.  The nutjobs that call in tend to be the most entertaining.

Neuro listens to K-Pop, he just won't admit it.

After your subscription runs out just call them up and tell them the shit is too expensive. They will offer you like 6 months for 4 dollars or something.

and rinse repeat

Yeah, my wife used to have it and would listen to work and would do this. Hell, they even had an issue activating the one in our car and were offering us a year for super cheap instead... I said no and they got it working, but it was still funny.

Motoki (just joking) I heard you were sadden earlier this week with the announcement of Zayn Malik leaving one direction.  What music do you generally like?

they will do anything to keep you, while trying to fuck you over. My factor deck broke, I was just out of warranty and they wanted 800 for a few factory radio...I said fuck that and installed one of the new Apple CarPlay units...called Sirius to activate it...they said it would be 15 dollars to activate it. I politely told them to give me a rim job and they waived the fee. I'm heading to work and I go to turn on Howard Stern that I had previously and it tells me the subscription for that channel isnt active. I call them back and they tell me that my brand new stereo that came out this year...was an XM radio, and I would have to pay more to get Howard Stern.... because my old unit was a Sirius unit and it included it in the premium package. Now Sirius and XM have been merged for years and my stereo came out this year....I'm yelling at Jafar at this point and he's still trying to explain how SiriusXM make two different radios and they work on different satellites even though the box says SiriusXM

Long story short I have all my channels and i didn't pay any extra

fuckers

NPR every commute for news, and when pledge drive season rolls around, I change it to the right-wing nutjob station for comedy. Except it's only 15% comedy and 85% fearmongering buy gold and Christian singles ads.

Groupees should start its own satellite radio channel. The Foremost Protagonist of his Genre 24/7.

Don't you dare make fun of SNSD. It's perfectly fine to listen to them, as long as you're also watching them swiftly gyrate their asses in tight skirts. That is the essence of K-Pop.

Oh come on, not even a comment about talk radio? I know you listen to talk radio. And I'm not talking NPR here.
I honestly don't. I can't stand talk radio and pretty much all music from the past 15+ years is complete garbage. Granted my commute to work is about 9 minutes, if it was longer I might listen to a 80-90s rock station on satellite radio. I find music extremely distracting when I'm trying to concentrate on something (you know what you should be doing when you drive) and talk/ads are even worse.
