On the bright side, it's not Poopees hosting so they won't have a hard drive crash with no backups, stall about posting the files back up and then finally admit they don't have them and beg the users for them without specifying which files they need even when point blank asked.

The easiest way not to get burned by crappy groupees bundles is to not give a fuck about what's in the bundles. That works pretty well for me.

 
I think JAST should have put the Lightning Warrior Raidy games in the bundle, to promote Raidy 3 that just came out.

It's not that I don't care where my money goes. It's that for the most part I'm fine with a bundled game if I didn't already have it--I'm not turning my nose up at Greenlight games yet. I also tend to like the non-game stuff in Groupees bundles, making the preorders generally decent or better for me. (There have been a few exceptions.)

Also the click through link was all screwed up. Loads the gifting page with the box but added a bunch of html code crap in the box instead of just the code like it should.

Poopees sekritly/glitchy/accidentally-on-purpose dropped the # of the VN bundle down a wee bit below 3,000 sold and it allowed it to be purchased again. I bought one at the $3 tier.

For Yo Jin Bo, not for the hentai crap. :p

Although to be honest, I was on the fence about buying/trading on Groupees but saw how poor the translation was and decided not to. It's horrible. Anything with an official release that has spelling errors or poor translations screams "half-assed" to me. I won't buy it if they can't take time enough to even proof-read it.

Also, there are quite a few people trading the games in this bundle if you check the trades section and feel lucky enough to exchange keys with a faceless lurker.

From pre-orders to "limited copies".

I expect Groupees to next require people to wait in digital lines for their bundle launches. In order to get and stay in line, you must post a chat message of the dancing cat every 30 seconds. If you don't you "lose your spot" in the digital line for the bundle.

 
Groupees had a board meeting at Carl Jr.'s and decided that their pre-order discounts weren't cutting it, so they're using another gimmick to sell more shitty bundles.

Here's my rebuttal to the submissiveness of some random fool who's apparently enamored with every consumer-limiting business decision Groupees has made within the past few years: Groupees is ineffable and infallible, and I have a Johnny shrine made out of bubble gum and semen in my closet; every decision they've made is for the benefit of us Groupees chat room types and is in no way associated with their want for more money. So what if you buy games for slightly more money than you used to, and so what if you don't know what's really in the bundles, and so what if bundles are being limited so you're pressured into buying them?

I dare the naysayers to find another bundle site that does all this while also bundling previously free games.
