According to Cyanic:

So 8 games, 6 on Steam, 2 Greenlight. Basically all but two of the Steam games have been bundled before, though at most once (per ITAD). One Steam item is actually DLC for something F2P.

New Poopees scam sales technique: Put one Wadjet Eye game in with a box of flaming turds and people will happily buy it.

Hey that's the upside of setting the bar so low, you give people anything at all that isn't utter shit and they think they are coming out ahead when in reality they're essentially paying for one halfway decent game that's been bundled before and on cheap sales and they might actually already own.

A Golden Wake is decent but not as strong as the Blackwells or sci-fi Wadjets. The Roaring Twenties are an interesting setting, and the rise/fall/redemption story of an ambitious young man mostly works. Puzzles are fairly straightforward, sometimes just a matter of choosing the right dialogue or using inventory items. It's still a worthwhile 3-4 hour playthrough.

If I were a dev and participated in this bundle I'd be pissed that some shitty F2P DLC is getting any money at all.. but then again if I were a dev I wouldn't be involved with Groupees.

Srsly tho, they shouldn't bother adding F2P game DLC in bundles, no one cares about that shit (bobby doesn't count).

Anyway, I'll probably moran it cuz I don't have A Golden Wake, and then be disappointed when the rest of the games are trash cuz I'm a dumbass.

Eh. Golden Wake is enough to keep this bundle from being disappointing. Well, it would be if we weren't talking about Groupees.

thx Drabe, I'll skip the preorder and take Golden Wake.

BTW, one of the repeats is probably Nanofights. Bundled 1 time before by IR, and it's a card battle game which matches the hint, plus shifty owns it.

Oh and I don't know if anyone cares.. but apparently I own 3 of the steam games in the BAB (not including A Golden Wake).

So much for 2 unbundled games, the games must've been free or under 50 cents on steam before?

Oh Poopees you never fail to disappoint.

I think it'd still be garbage even if none of those games existed
Possibly, but is there a reason for it (outside of a possible +1) even if it wasn't garbage?

In any case I'm not seeing a value in moraning this one.

edit: OK, I actually tried watching part of the trailer video. I'm leaning toward the garbage assessment.

So that build a whatsit. Ugh. The only two games that look good enough to buy are A Golden Wake (of course) and PixlCross.

AND WHY THE HELL IS THE DEFAULT PRICE $68.

Whatever you all know better and keeping coming back anyway. Poopees is like fucking Stockholm Syndrome for bundle buying.

lol,  i used to at least go to the groupees page and look at the bundle and maybe try for a bundle split on group buys.  Now I dont even bother,  I just come here and drink in the moran regret and save myself the trip.

Those two might just be good enough to buy for $1. I'll think about it. The Royal Quest pack might be OK if you actually want to play that game, but it's no good as a +1. The Watson game sounded interesting until I looked at the Steam page. Contract will be one to grab in whatever Indie Gala Friday it shows up in.
