Oh, I see. That does make sense so they don't cannibalize Royale sales.
I hadn't followed the teachings of this Johnny character before now and I'm glad. What kind of buffoonery is this?
I'm pretty sure they are all totally wasted, and thus find this to be completely fascinating. ;)
Bonus has been revealed. It's Primordia.
...at 28K bundles.

Still, I skipped buying the IR bundle based on your guesses so thanks for that.

At 28,000 bundles sold to boot.

Sitting at just over 26,000 sold right now. I might jump in on this.

Spoder should buy me another Groupees because I guess this when the bundle started without all this tomfoolery.

spoderfaux lies

Is this the first time a games been in two different bundles at the same time? Seems odd and I can't imagine why they did that.

Groan. Since I was buying IR regardless... anything but primordia.
I was rooting for Stealth Bastard, but it seemed odd to put it as a final bonus.

Seems like Groupees is agressively trying to get Wadjet Eye to side with them rather than IR, but Wadjet Eye already had an agreement to feature Primordia in IR.

What I found funny is that Groupees hyped it up by saying it's a game that hasn't been bundled before and then literally hours before they announce what it is, Indie Royale puts it in their bundle right out in the open.

With the pace of selling from a few last days, it should be unlocked on the day after tomorrow or maybe even faster due to relatively high IR price for the same game.

Still buying Indie Royale for the other games. And now I'll have a free Primordia key to give out.

Bleh.

... which makes me think this is why they pushed this bundle now instead of Replay 2.
Sherlock Holmes versus Jack the Ripper has been added to the Sherlock bundle. (Inc. Steam key.)
awesome picked up all the Sherlock games. :D
You can all shut your stupid faces. I wanted Stealth Bastard.
So did I :whistle2:(

Really don't see the point of them adding Primordia.. it doesn't seem to be affecting sales much. Should've gone with a different game sooner, probably would've gotten more sales that way.

Sweet. Redeemed Sherlock vs Ripper.

And Primordia? Very, very happy.

Interesting that Indie Royale has it now too. Because Groupees has it, I get to pass on Indie Royale.
I wanted Reus
Yeah I knew that wasn't going to happen. I mean hell let's up the ante, I wanted Dust. Although I own Dust on XBLA...
Amen, because IR sucks dog balls.
If that's true, then why aren't more dogs buying their bundles?

Use your head!

So did they reveal what was the meaning of all those hints that were suggesting Primordia or Stealth Bastard? Just curious what some of those doodles and hints meant.

I haven't purchased one in a long time.

I would like to know that too. Even after knowing the bonus game, several of the clues make no sense.

"2D or not 2D... That is the question" was because the little floating robot sidekick in Primordia is named Horatio.
Thinking Dracula Origin and The Awakened Remastered. What are most people getting?
I think that's what I'll be getting.

Everything as well, even if I don't like some at least one or 2 of those should be good!

Well, there's less than 2 hours left in the Sherlock Bundle. I guess I'd better get around to buying it. After all, the darn thing isn't just gonna buy itself.
Unless you're Spoder

I ended up grabbing Awakened and Dracula Origin. I only wanted Dracula Origin, since one Sherlock game that I'll never play would have been enough for me (The Ripper), but ah well, it's all going to charity, so I really can't complain about 75 cents.

Nice little bundle. Even if adventure games aren't my bag, I'm a Dracula nerd, so all good.

Good choice on awakening. Based on the HP Lovecraft lore.
Everything. :D
I am getting everything from the Sherlock bundle as well. Although 1 or 2 in the collection seems really dated and not fun, I convinced myself to pay that extra buck just to say thank you to Frogware for donating to the charity.

Dang. Now I want that game. Even if he was a horrible racist which comes out quite a bit in some of his stories there's still something I like about his stories.

Yeah, it's one of those unfortunate take the bad with the good situations. Great writer and I love his work, but he was quite the racist.

Do the games honestly reflect that very much though? I don't really mind either way, it's just how things were at the time, but I can't imagine there's a whole lot of blatant racism in the PC games.

Well of course not. His racism was much clearer in his personal life, but it is pretty clear in most of his writings too. Sometimes it's symbolic (beware of outsiders and different people), but other times it was pretty outright. Anything modern though, from games to movies, focuses more on the creatures and supernatural elements.

And it wasn't necessarily a case of that's just how things were. There's plenty of non-racist literature from that era and before to be found.
