I think the challenge is a temporary thing and if they don't meet it then I hope they will go back to whatever those regularly scheduled bonuses were supposed to be.

And yeah, it seems a bit of a stretch unless they do dollar days.

So the 8th bonus they added last minute was just the challenge and they bumped up its place in line? Meh, I guess that's not surprising.

On the bright side, the challenge has revealed that there's only 2 bonus games left, and the other 3 bonuses are albums.

I somehow feel we'll get maybe 1000-2000 more sales this weekend at most....5000 is kind of shooting for the stars over 2 days.

It was well known before the third bonus was revealed what the other 5 bonus were(2 games and 3 albums). At least I read that in the Groupees chat.

My hopes were too big, I was hoping for a bonus switch place, so third could have been any of those 2 games and so increasing the sales to get up to 15K.

I figured they would and I actually prefer this but I am sure some people will get all bent out of shape over it because, the internet.

They also apparently maintain a list of recently added keys. Who knew? Unfortunately it's not sortable, nor can you sort games in your account by date added.

In other news, because it's Groupees and they are stuck in the 90s and love chat rooms they are releasing an app so you can log into their chat room on your mobile device.

Oh and there's also a poll on your opinion of Groupees that contains among other responses "Horrible, on par with proctology". :booty:

The only issue I have with direct redeem is that the method is server-based and I don't have any faith with theirs after that server crashed incident.

I wish Groupees can change the navigation design of their homepage, they have so many bundles at the same time and you can miss out on a bundle if it is not displayed on the homepage.

Nah, I bought it over a year ago on Steam with gaben bux and made most of my money back on the cards.

I don't how how it'll affect sales cuz it's been bundled before. Yeah it was in a shitty tier, but that does have the potential to affect sales.

1. how did the name Fly'n come up? seem random

2. Groupee gave us hint earlier that the mystery game has higher Metacritic score than the rest. Fly'n score is lower than the Longest Journey?!?

When did Groupees give that hint? I never saw it and no one mentioned it. Can you screenshot or quote it?

The reason I said it's probably Fly'n is because Jonny said it was high up on the poll they had a while back, but I'm not entirely sure if that was for the mystery game or just one of the bonuses.

i love too b/c I saw it with my own eyes on chat on the 2nd day of the bundle (it was one of the female Groupee admins).. but since there's no search feature on that damn chat box and scrolling through days of chat log is "strange & unusual punishment"

I think we just going to wait and see. The bundle is decent enough as it is so it just icing on the cake from this point on.

That would make it more odd, because I've never seen the female staff member give a hint for any of their bundles. I think she mostly handles the music bundles or something.

Either way, I have Dreamfall and Fly'n so I'd prefer neither.

That's really to be expected, since they always seem to alternate albums and games in Be Mine bonuses, and they started with an album.

This is starting more and more to look like a dollar drop for me, maybe up to $1.50 if it gets a dollar days, to me. It's a shame, since I'm curious about a couple games in the $4 tier, but nowhere near enough to pony up an extra $3.

If that hint is true, it narrows the list game to only 44 possible games. There aren't a whole lot of PC games above The Longest Journey's 91. Stuck to that list of 44, I would pretty much guarantee that it's System Shock 2 or Rome: Total War. It could also be Skyrim, since that won their poll.

Those are even worse choices than Dreamfall/Fly'n since I expect everyone to own SS2/Rome Total War by now. Seems possible though.

Everyone talking about how good the longest journey is made me want to buy it. Then I saw it was in the 4 dollar tier. Come on now, I ain't got the money for that. 4 dollars for a decent game when I have good games I haven't touched, pshh naah

The Longest Journey is widely considered to be close to or the best adventure game of all time... So I'd say it's better than decent, but that's all opinion.

Johnny's hints are always terrible and are attenuated from the game by half a dozen degrees of inference.  He did say it was on a poll list they did a while ago (though there are around twenty games on it).  Hoping it's Banished.

 
Wow, their sales really slowed down; I expected them to be at least kinda near their goal by yesterday. I wonder if they'll unlock all of the bonuses anyway.

 
I think it's a really good bundle, Nekro especially is a decent game with promise; but the sales goals are way more than previous BeMine's. I think they expected way too much from a bundle that has no real big names, and Longest Journey is old old old.
