It's actually worse than the typical RPG maker trash. The dev thought it was a smart idea to use default rpg maker assets for most of the game. The devs other games apparently don't use mostly stock assets, so he put less effort into this game than the others.

"The Princess' Heart was made with the engine RPG Maker VX Ace. In fact, it was made almost entirely by one person (me) with barely any budget -- though it received some high quality updates for the Steam release.
This game came forth from a very specific moment in my life. I was in a very dark place, and creating an adventure around my own pain was a method of self-healing. Instead of crafting a library of custom graphics (as I have done extensively for my other games), I decided to use RPG Maker VX. Why? Because I want to make a point with this game. This game is fake. It's not real. What's real is the people behind it. The girl. The writer. The world within the game is entirely fictional, and the comical neatly polished RPG Maker graphics reflect this idea perfectly.
I hope that you will enjoy this game! It offers up to 15 hours of smooth and fun role-playing gameplay. Don't be fooled by the looks! This is very much a "RosePortal Games" title. It has those weird, off-beat qualities that you have come to expect from us. ^_^

I wouldn't mind so much that the dev is just fucking lazy and wants to make a quick buck if he were honest about it, but it annoys me when people use all of these BS excuses thinking they can fool people. Dis ain't no Star Wars, can't use no jedi mind tricks on me.

But hey, I'll probably still buy it if I can use my Hello Kitty coin on it and get it for $0.25-$0.50

Poison - Repulsed from Returns sounds decent.  The other album...not so much.  I'll wait for Ninja Trek to be rebundled.

The mini bundle looks decent, though, especially if spending a coin.

god.. Legacy of Syarog look simply awful. Look like some made a time machine and went back to the early 90s to make that game.

You will be better off just go to GoG and buy any of the highly rated 90's games. At least they are complete and well regarded and have endured the test of time

the A-Man series look interesting enough but i have no idea what kinda game it is even though I watched the trailer

It also has 35 days left on its KickStarter campaign and it's already been in a $1 bundle. While I'll agree that the concept could work if fully explored, I somehow get the feeling the devs are not going to be getting enough money to take this very far, if indeed they even have that intention.

Which songs? He doesn't seem to stick to one particular style from song to song on an album. I listened to a couple and thought I really wasn't interested, then listened to a couple of more that had me reconsidering.

Note that two of his albums were in a previous Groupees bundle and you may already have them.

I clicked on stuff from his Bandcamp and something about his voice bothered me. I checked my account and don't have any of his music so if he was in a previous bundle, I didn't buy it.

The AOL chat says there's five albums in this bundle, and his Bandcamp has seven albums (Level 1 to 5, Vistas, and Metal Up)

Their RE6 song is the most accurate.

Oh, that explains it. I thought that bundle was pretty bad so I skipped it.

So that means it's likely Level 4 and 5 are not going to be included since they'd be repeats, but this is Groupees, so they may throw those in on purpose, or as bonuses (if any.)
