This deal is also pretty much useless. Other deal is 25% off for 19.99+, anything under 25, you have to pay shipping

Don't you get free shipping as long as the total is over 25? If you get two used games under 19.99 (so can't use 25% off), with this deal you can still get 20% off of them and free shipping.
