Also yes managers have been instrucked to gut every copy so if you want something sealed, ask store to hold till friday..there may be a email coupon friday since it wasnt in game informer this year..
 
Not bad. Plenty of good, cheap games in there. If I didn't already have Mario & Sonic, for $29.99 I would be all over it. I'm hoping for a $20 price point for the Raging Blast. Thanks for the info OP.
 
This is all shit for me. The only thing I'm interested in is Disgaea 3 and I thought that dropped to 20 bucks, but apparently the price went back up on the site.
 
Shouldn't Persona 4 be 15 bucks? Its 30 on the website and the gameday is suppose to knock 50% off.

What's the point of gutting these new copies? Why gut more than is needed for the shelf?
 
I feel like every single year they put the same PC games on sale for game days, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they always put those Battle Chests up for $20 every year.
 
Last year there were way more $10 or less games, especially on PSP and DS. This is pretty bad, reminds me of Amazon gold box days that always let down

This may be the first year that I don't buy anything from this sale. Rune Factory on the Wii is the only thing that's intriguing me.
 
I love how so many people are calling this "fail" while saying it's just as bad as previous years. Maybe the "fail" should be pointed at yourself for expecting something better year after year.
 
Think a couple of these may end up being cheaper. Warhammer 40k Squad Command was only $10 at last year's sale and now it's listed at $15. I also remember the same thing happening last year when the sale went live online and some games ended up less than what they were listed at.

Also, If you spell things properly, it would be easier to search "Gameday" instead of "Gammeday".
I'm just suggesting slightly more effort to make your list look more pleasing, like what jp does on the GS trade-in thread.

Heavenly Sword is JUST NOW crossing the $30 price mark. I understand why it's taken so long for it to happen, but holy cow it was a PS3 launch title. It's suppose to be good but ridiculously short.

On topic, nothing for me until near the end of the sale when they realize (as has happened in past Gameday Sales) : Son of a bitch, this stuff isn't selling at these outRAGEOUS prices? We better slash them so we can move this merch!

By that point, it'll be all shovelware and what not, but hey, Afro Samurai and Saw and whatever else sucks for 50% off currently advertised, even 25% off might be worth a purchase.

Might pick up Saw and Afro Samurai. Not that I even have much interest in playing them, but I figured I will get to them eventually and have 200$ credit anyways :D
 
If for some reason they also decrease the prices of the used versions.. AND they have a B2G1 free sale.. I might bite on Saw, Quantum of Solace, and TW10. :D

EDIT: Also, I'd LOVE to see Warcraft 3 Battlechest go down.. not the WoW one. :[
 
Sonic Unleashed was this exact same price LAST Gameday sale. I say its worth the $20 though, as it was the beset 3D sonic since Sonic Adventure 2.
 
I'm in for Persona 4 at $20. It's hard to even find that game new so I guess I'll commence the finger crossing that I'll find it at one of the stores. If anyone can point me to where it's less I'd appreciate it.
