Looks like the awesome and somewhat difficult to find shooter, Ikaruga, is now $19.99 used at Gamestop:

Not available online, of course, but if you've had this on your want list and have it at a local store, it's no longer $44.99/$39.99/$27.99...quite a bit more palatable at $19.99 + 10% off w/ EDGE = $17.99

And of course, while you're looking for other Gamecube rarities, the two Phantasy Star Onlines that are worth something, PSO 1+2 and PSO 1+2 PLUS, are $4.99 each, as they have been for years now (good luck finding a copy of either):

Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes is now $22.99:

And don't forget NCAA 2K3, also $4.99 (again, good luck finding it!):

Still think the reason that NCAA 2k3 was so rare is that it was the only NCAA basketball game released on a Nintendo system since Nintendo's published one in 1992.

As a PC/Gamecube gamer last generation, I certainly missed out on the college basketball series. I was so disappointed every year that they would only release on ps2/xbox and not even PC versions, although I enjoyed some PC versions of NBA Live and such. Somehow I missed it the one year it did get released. And I only found out about it sometime last year when it was mentioned on a forum, possibly here.

At this point I'm not going to pay $60 or more for a 7 year-old basketball game though, as much as I love college hoops.

I'll just hope that 2k gets the license back since EA Sports isn't even releasing an NCAA March Madness game, and maybe college hoops will come back in 2011...
WOW , if MG:the twin snakes is considered rare then how rare are the zelda collection games for the GC?
Comparatively. A large Nintendo fan base will keep both the Zelda bonus discs rare, esp with the Wii's backwards compatibility.
