The PS eye doesn't trade in for too much. I am not sure the exact amount, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was around $2.
I know there was an extra $50 a couple of weeks ago, so yes they do still offer it on occasion.

Yes. The 50% bonus coupon is for everything you trade in. Systems, phones, tablets, HDMI cable, games, memory card, controllers, etc.
If you can find UFC 3(Xbox) on clearance at Target for $8.98, you can use that to cover your $15 PUR Pro fee. It was trading in for that a few days ago. Always know values BEFOREHAND.
