GTA IV MULTIPLAYER for CAGs

I'm down. But like a lot of others I want to try and beat the game just to avoid any potential spoilers through people chatting online.
 
Oooh I want in on this. I tried playing some multiplayer with some random people yesterday and it was pretty bad. I thought I had a swearing problem. These kids made me look like a saint with some of the garbage they were spewing.

I must have ran into those same people last night lol. I swear half of the things I heard I never thought were possible.

It was so hilarious earlier. I fragged 3 guys in a car with a shotgun. I'm not the best shooter/driver either. Its like walking and chewing bubble gum. :p
 
Sign me up...gamertag: John Ketch. I have question though. A guy on my friend's list sent a request to play while I was playing the single player. How do you hook up with that person? Can you do it through the cell phone or do you access your friends list with the guide button?

Had a blast with you last night man. Sorry about heading off, my nephew was actually off work for once and really wanted to try out multiplayer. I think Cops and Crooks with rocket launchers is my new favorite mode.

I love Cops n' Crooks with rocket launchers only. Since the race to the getaway vehicle can sometimes take a while, it's fun to have the rockets to even the playing field once everyone gets there ;)

When you get the friends request, press the guide button and accept. If you have to finish up a mission, go to your friends list when you are done and find a person that has an arrow pointing to the right next to their game and you can join them that way. You'll be prompted to press A again to leave single player and enter online.

almost played with you guys but got booted from the room last night for some reason. I'll try again tonight if my girlfriend lets me. I wish I could play on LIVE with cags more but I do most of my gaming either in the morning or at night while she's sleeping.
 
Hey, just sent an invite to CAG GTA4, I'm on late EST like around 12-5am lol as this is the best time for my connection. GTA RACE FTW!
 
Played some crooks and robbers today with random people and it was soooo much fun. Alot of random moments like my team was the robbers and we started out in the construction site. There were those stack of plywoods sitting there, me being dumb, climbed up and everyone followed and it looked pretty retarted. Lag was somewhat helpful too, since some guy launched a rocket launcher at my car and it seems like it hit the car but didn't blow up and ran over the guy....fun times

Tonight: 9 PM EST

If anyone is interested, i'll have a room up and waiting tonight at 9. We'll start off with a race or two and then get straight into the good stuff, like Cops n' Crooks, Turf War, etc.
 
Just spent some quality time with multi-play the group people that I could was for team deathmatch. I love it. We should have group 16 player 3 team match tomorrow night at like 9pmish (central) I also have an idea for free mode that sounds fun.
 
im down for that to. ive only played this game online like 3 times and it was really fun. you guys do L&D online to or just 4?
