GTA IV PS3 and 360 Giveaway

This shit doesn't make sense:

"GTA IV doesn't hit stores until April 29, so this is your chance to win it before you can buy it. .........Winners will be chosen at random on May 1 and notified via e-mail, so make sure you leave us a valid email address"

Yea, I read the "chance to win before it comes out" and was excited, since I was able to do that for Halo 3, but chances are that I would have already bought a copy by the time I would be told I won one from here. Still entering though! Only the 360 version, though. Not goign to be grimey and look to get a free PS3 version to sell.

From my experience with the Halo 3 contest, they dont keep adequate track on the age restrictions.

Speaking of being a certain age, after all these years of buying M rated games I have never known why I have always needed an I.D. to purchase M rated games. Is the Mature rating not "17 and up"? Maybe it's just the laws in my state but it really doesn't make sense to me.

Actually it's not that bad, most of the time they just do the 18 thing for legal restrictions.

Hmm...I dunno. im debating whether I should enter or not cause I wouldnt be able to get the prize even if I do win due to my not being "of age". I technically would have broken the rules...and be auto DQ.

They asked my birthdate, and I used the right month and day, and changed the year so that I would be over 18. They never checked or anything, and I was in the clear.
