That really sucks - sorry to hear that man. Maybe I've been lucky, but I've had nothing but good experiences with DDD in the last six weeks since I started binge-buying anime. Here are the DVD's I've received from them recently, all in perfect condition: Ghost in the Shell SE, Real Bout High School Box Set, GTO Box Set 1, Witch Hunter Robin Complete Collection. They did cancel one order on me and that was the Love Hina Collection, but other than that everything has been great.[/quote]
Maybe you have been lucky, because I sure haven't. :lol: It feels good to get that off my chest, so thanks for hearing me out. Well, since I cannot get a refund on shattered DVDs, I guess I'll have to hold off on making a final judgement on DDD's shipping policies. The last time I ordered from them was over a year ago, and I received everything in perfect condition. But the thing that's ticking me off the most is, they won't even give me a prepaid shipping label for the wrong DVD they sent.
I'm just hoping to get everything in one piece. :|
