I just bought this, and it came to me as an open box return. The disc has a strange half-moon shape scar in it, not your normal scratch, and as a result, its unplayable.

The guitar looked new, and never used, but it didn't seem to work.....

I can return it, but I'll be out my shipping on the return....

I did a little tweaking on the guitar and it works fine, still unsure about the game though. I don't know if its even something that can be resurfaced. I suppose I could try and have that done, and then if it doesn't work, try something else....
