Guitar hero 5 dollar off coupon

I just opened up my copy of DJ Hero to find a 5 dollar off coupon on select GH games ( i read that these were circulating when it first came out)

Does anyone know if this would be valid on a used copy of one of the guitar hero games at gamestop, or only new ones?

Only on new titles and I am not sure if GS accepts coupons? The coupons do work at Best Buy, Target, and most likely Wallyworld.
