guitar hero III:LOR DLC?

I remember reading that there would be a disc for about 20 bucks that had DLC songs for GHIII. i think that i saw the disc in an ad for circuit city or something. am i dreaming? or is this out yet? and if it is not out when is it expected to be released?

Rock Band has an expansion disc, called a Track Pack. GH doesn't (as far as I know) have anything like this planned. Although we're supposed to get real live DLC with GH:World Tour...

Edit: the MSRP for the RB Track Pack is $30.
