It's shipped and sold by BeachAudio and for me, shipping is $7.69.
I know GHIII's being sold on Amazon for $47 no tax + free shipping, but GCO puts this over the top at $36.88 + tax (for CA resdients only) after discounts

Don't know what your stance on used is, but the Gamestops around me typically have it for $29.99 used and they all seem to have quite a few... Might be worth checking around if you're near one...
