Gurumin is a fun Japanese action-RPG developed by Falcom. From the reviews I've read, the game is import-friendly for the most part. And it sounds a lot like Drill Dozer. For $13 including shipping, it really doesn't hurt to try.

Playasia again manages to offer great games at unbelievably low prices. I already placed my order, hopefully many will give this game a try.

Gurumin is a good game, but it's not the most import-friendly one in the world, since it's more of an action RPG than anything. There's a lot of text in between the action levels and there are quite a few places where a player would get totally stuck if they knew no Japanese. It's going to be coming out in the US early next year, so I would probably recommend waiting for that. Of course, it's cheap enough that you can use this version as a sort of trial. Play it a bit and get the English version later if you liked it.
 
Good advice, I already ordered a copy for myself. I have some basic knowledge of Japanese. With the help of a guide, I should be able to enjoy the Jap version of the game.
