[quote name='"Skyllus vBi"']My account has been hijacked again. He appearantly took Wraith off my friends list after I had Wraith send some messages to him. Working on getting it recovered once again.
EDIT:
Statements which I got after contacting him through a Silver alternate account of mine (RoC TheAssassin):
I feel it is important to point out that this is not a case of someone knowing my password or anything like that. I've changed my pass 3 times in the past month and no-one else knew any of them. It is an exploit/hole in Microsoft's security which is going ignored right now. I would like to see this fixed.
I called 1800-4MY-XBOX regarding the issue and after giving all of my information to one woman, I was tranfered to another man who listened to the issue then proceded to hang up on me. I've also filed support tickets to Windows Live ID twice regarding getting it changed, suggesting that there is some security flaw which allowed for my account to be hijacked, and both times I was only met with the password change form.
Some people lol.

UPDATE LOG WITH MY XBOX LIVE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE
Going to try calling Xbox Live Support again shortly (they should be opening in a bit), although earlier I was given the runaround then hung up on. Also contacted the means I used to get my account back the first 2 times. But ultimately, getting my account back is just a short term solution if it is just one call away from being stolen again. So it is all about getting Microsoft to take notice.
So currently on the phone with 18004MYXBOX again. Basically, I told them that none of the information is going to possibly match up and that it had been stolen from me. All that I've been told I am able to do is report fraud on the cards and remove the cards from the account (the names on my account do not match the credit card number, due to him changing them, but they are allowing for me to at least remove the card). Worth noting that he will probably have already been able to write down the CC numbers if that is what he wanted to do. She says that she cannot give me any information regarding the account nor provide means for me to take control of the account due to my not having enough (any) information, despite the fact that I was able to identify the two credit card numbers associated with the account.
I'm on the phone still. Been on for approx 2 hours now working at this. I found it funny how easily they gave me what the fake name he put down for the CC holder was, yet they are supposed to be protecting that information. I can see how multiple calls could yield enough information in order to make for one successful call later. Scary really.
I've been redirected from billing to the technical department to billing and am now being directed to the technical department again. I've requested to speak to a supervisor six times in total and been told that I would be transfered to one twice (now "going" to the second one).
Well, I finally got off the phone with Luke from Technical Support and......
Their systems are currently down (said Xbox Live was out as well), and I was instructed to call back in 4 to 6 hours. I was not able to remove the card from my account either due to their systems being down.
Also, he tried to transfer me back to Billing again. I was able to get him to set me up to be able to talk to a supervisor once the service is back up though. But all in all this was the path which they sent me in:
Billing -> Technical Support -> Billing -> Technical Support -> Billing -> Technical Support
Each person along the line listened to the case, took what little information I could give them, and then said "Let me check my resources" then came back to transfer me to the other department. I asked to speak with a supervisor at each set of the chain, insisting multiple times. Final guy tried to transfer me once again to Billing and I told him how ridiculous that was, and that I demanded to speak with a supervisor. He came back with the news that their network is down.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
NOTE, AT THIS POINT SEVERAL PEOPLE ON BUNGIE FORUMS INFORMED ME THAT I WAS LIED TO AND THAT THEY HAD JUST FINISHED CHANGING CREDIT CARDS/CANCELLING ACCOUNTS, ETC, SO I CALLED BACK RIGHT AWAY
Well, I guess I'm done with 18004MYXBOX.
They are launching an investigation, and I am supposed to be contacted again within 10 business days.
Hoping that if the right ears hear this we'll actually get some kind of resolution to this. I don't feel comfortable based on the complete lack of evidence they asked me for.
