If you REALLY wanted to punish the seller, you'd have kept the Lynx. I'm sick & tired of sellers who advertise "mint" or "working" and then sell you a piece of trash. And they do it again & again.
They are *clearly* scam artists..... and deserved to be scammed back.

I was driving to work one day turning onto I-265 from I-65.
I was only driving 50 mph or so and my car decided to become a tricycle.
It has over 300K miles on it. So, I wasn't terribly surprised.
There's an incredibly crappy story about how the cops and a towing company attempted to steal my car, but that's for another day.

Yep you made good on it in the end. I wouldn't go near anything close to mail fraud though, just not worth it.

Trust me I was definitely pissed off when that crap went down. Should be a thread on here somewhere with my melt down... Only small consolation is that if a buyer made a pattern of this the postal inspectors would almost certainly nail his ass. (At least I certainly hope they would.) I reported the guy anyway.
