I bought Max Payne 3 from him... said he will ship it out 2 days ago, but then I didnt receive any confirmation and his last activity was suspiciously right after I paid him... his feedback looks good though

He only has two positive feedbacks which were trades so he most likely had to ship first, the other is a newb who communicated with him through the feedback for some reason, but didn't leave actual feedback. He never shipped my Ghost Recon FS either. I filed a claim with Paypal. I hope we get our money back.
 
When I asked how he wants me to pay, he said to Gift it so Neither of us have to pay any fees.. but I took precaution and paid the extra 1.17 via CC just in case sht happens... If he doesnt reply back by Tonight, I too will file a claim.
 
Same issue here. He told me to send payment 2 days ago. Haven't heard anything after sending him a couple of pms

Yeah, I did the same. I paid extra to cover my ass. I already filed with Paypal. He won't reply, just file the claim. He's had days to reply to me and Pookymeister and hasn't. He's a theif.

Doubtful. He didn't reply to my PMs a few days ago, but he was actively online, making deals with other CAGs to steal their money too.

I was thinking that could be the situation too. I'll probably give it a couple more days to see how this plays out.
 
Since vbdy and adriley313 both paid for Dragon's Dogma, I'm going to recommend that people file paypal disputes now if you haven't received your item/heard anything.

I thought the same about Ghost Recon for $35, but people were selling it on ebay and craigslist for like $37-$40, so I figured the # was close. I hope you guys all filed claims with Paypal. I'm hoping if we all do they will see he is obviously a scam artist and find a way to refund us all our money.
 
Hey guys. I just wanted to let you know that Paypal decided in my favor and were successful in recovering the funds I paid in full. They already deposited it back into my account. I hope you guys all filed claims and have the same luck!

For my stupdity, i "gift" it so paypal wont even bother filing a claim, so i had to use my CC account to file it and it worked. Refunded the credit back, but yeah thats great

If i understood that correctly, that might cause Paypal to close your account.
