Also tell dv8mad to get him put on the bad person list. Personally I think that even if you are being so forgiving jimi that he obviously has done shit like this before and still has not learned a lesson. So I say be a hard ass and he gets a negative so nobody else has to deal with his doucheyness.

I left it basically because I've seen it a lot, where people maintain their perfect 100% rating despite having done it multiple times, just because the seller was nice. But this in turn, makes other sellers suffer.

OK, I've taken a while to think about it and I'm starting to see it a different way now...look at how many sticky threads we have had in the last year of sammers....it pisses me off, especially because I was a victim...

I explicitly stated to read the rules and since this isn't the first time AwesomeAndrew4 has done this I will leave his bid up and give him the negative feedback if he doesn't come through....

I do this all in the hopes that he learns his lesson...sorry for the waffling on this, I guess I just try to see the good side of things ...

Anyways, Ace! put up a bid of $15 for the Genesis bundle as I was debating this, he may cry foul but hopefully he will understand..

I will also contact dv8 and let him know to put AA4 on his bad list...
 
Jimi, I don't think that's very fair to ace. He took your word as your word, and bid, and now he has to pay at least $21 more if he wants to buy the genesis. Plus, everyone knows that Andrew won't come through with his bid, and so you're basically just giving a big "FU!!" to ace by doing this. If you feel that Andrew deserves the neg, leave it, as it is perfectly justified because he broke the rules, but don't screw around others to make yourself feel better, or try to teach a lesson that he obviously won't learn.

Hey I just want to say I am truly sorry , I seriously had no idea it would be this big of a controversy . I shouldnt have ever bid on the item. I really dont want to be seen as the WORST CAG ever . I want to still be a part of the trading community and at this rate it just wont happen . I will promise one thing and its that I WONT EVER bid on any lowball items . I just noticed the pics and explanation of the Wind Waker guide's condition. Is it possible to extract bids? I bid on this to extend my Zelda collection, not as a walkthrough, so the condition is a pretty big deal to me.
