I just read through this thread, and

1) I don't think the price for Mike is asking is unreaonable but...
2) I think what Mr. Dude has said has been mostly correct and this seller has made himself look like an asshole. As a business man you shouldn't insult anyone, especially not in front of all your customers, and especially don't do it repeatedly and then deny it.
3) Why in the world would you go on a website with CHEAP in the title and try to sell something above MSRP!? I don't care how "limited" something is, I'm putting that shit on eBay if I want to make a decent profit.

And there is my opinion that no one asked for.

I agree with the fact that the seller has acted unprofessional. If you're trying to get business, don't be an ass to others on here.

ROFL. 1-star thread rating. It seems that you are generating more hate for yourself than anything, lol.

You bought up numerous copies of a limited CE of a game, then are already marking it up $30 each for doing nothing more than clicking a button to buy the thing. You did nothing special except click the button a little sooner than the next person who missed out.

I think you would have gotten much less heat if you would just have advertised that you have the CE of xbox/ps3 for sale and not put up the amount of each you have. In putting up the quantities you have, you have unleashed the trolls who will flame you for hoarding multiple CEs strictly for profit at the behest of other CAGs who could not get in on the preorder...not that you buying a few more CEs would even make a difference on the scope of things anyway. People just want someone to bitch at because so and so got something and they werent able to.

If I were you, I would drop the whole "you are helping CAGs..." act as that is just not working for you. Just keep it strictly business. I would just put that I have a couple copies of the xbox 360 version and PS3 version for sale and leave it at that. Dont flaunt your wealth and people wont flame you (as much, heh). I would also just price it at $100 shipped. CAGs like nice round numbers. The way you itemized the cost of the games you are selling is backfiring obviously. Keep it simple - $100 out the door. You make your $20-$30 per and people ask less questions.

Just trying to help. Personally, I could care less about a CE. I preordered the regular version as soon as I could. I could have bought 10 CE copies to sell for all I care, but I am not a hoarder, nor am I a collector of CEs (nor do I care about making a piddley couple hundred bucks...thats what I work an actual job for). Also, I dont think the CE has anything amazing in it anyway...just some additional artwork and fartsy crap that I dont need that will just collect dust on a shelf when I dont use it. I just love playing video games and enjoy the experience thoroughly. Best of luck in your endeavor... Hopefully you can turn your epic fail on CAG around if its not too late, heh.
 
Just thought I should mention that I wasn't trying to flame, and I actually have two of my own copies coming in. One to play, one to collect. So please don't think I was flaming the OP out of jealousy.

The remaining inventory of ME3 CE is down to just a few and I am holding off selling those at this time. Thank you for your business!
 
Mass Effect 3 CE and Standard are both back in stock at Amazon both PS3 and . Charging anything other than MSRP or lower is insanity at this point, the game isn't rare.
 
This thread is sad for three reasons.

1) The PS3 version isn't valuable and was never fully OOS if you knew where to look.

2) Trying to capitalize on fellow CAGs because the ME1 and 2 CEs for Xbox360 are worth alot will obviously generate hate. Shameful.

3) They are back in stock now on Amazon, GS and Newegg.
 
well the one thing i learned from this thread is i need to get hate on my thread to get it bumped constantly, so if you think this mofo is bad, I'm selling the standard edition for $74.54; $74 thru amazon payment and the rest must be mailed to me, no pennies plz ;)

I know I'm late, but I was having financial probs and had to cancel my pre-order. Don't mind paying a higher price as I have money coming, but if you have an extra one for Ps3, let me know.
