I'd recommend anyone and everyone stay far, far away from this CAG. And I know he's not the only one doing this, so you might want to be on the lookout for "cheap" Metro 2033 keys from other CAGs. Not that anyone likely cares about the source of the keys, just putting it out there so people know that they're taking away free games that real video card owners should be getting.
Each one of these keys you're turning around and reselling them for $10.

In order to receive the code you have to upload an IMG of your invoice, so although yes it seems like a slimy tactic, I do not see how he could pull it off, especially more than once needing to submit the invoice.

This is true...
I just went through the process myself - you need to upload your invoice and serial number to the evga site and apply to qualify for the game code. It takes about 2-3 days for approval and which point the code is sent.
