H: Paypal W: Cheap ps vita/ps4 digital games

I would like to ask why you purchased my code for Minecraft on the PS Vita, you redeemed the code, kept the game and then after sending payment that same day, issued a chargeback on me and opened a dispute via paypal?

 
What I don't understand is how is he even allowed to still post this? You see his username in red? It's like that for a reason, guys.

His username did not get changed to red until very recently a few days ago, after he scammed me and I reported it here on Cag. Funny thing is I send him a PM and im posting this here, and he still hasn't answered his PM or responded here, yet his profile activity still shows him as lurking around on the site. Gross.
