I have two extra Saturns (gen 1 and 2). Would have to check on extra controllers (I know I have 3rd party ones but need to double check).

DREAMCAST in box with at least one controller and one VMU.

The ones in case will have to be shipped priority at least (more expensive :() but the manual/disc only can go 1st
