[H] PS3 w/ Last of Us and other digital games

I have a PS3 with a ton of games on it that I'm looking to get rid of. I can guarantee it's all in excellent condition. It's a 320 GB slim with a black controller I purchased last December (found it on clearance at a local target, was a real steal).

All of my games for it are digital/tied to accounts saved on the PS3 that you could play from your own PSN profile. They include:

The Last of Us
Resident Evil 4 HD
Fat Princess
Infamous Festival of Blood
Pixeljunk Monsters (with add-on DLC)
Pixeljunk Shooter
Pixeljunk Racer
Saint's Row 2
Final Fantasy 7
Angry Birds

Journey

And more. I can produce a complete list upon request.

I want $210 for it, pre-shipping & payment fees (if we use paypal). If I had to guess, that'd be less than $260 total. Willing to include Amazon and GS credit towards this total.

Would you sell it if you dont include all the digital games, just the standalone ps3 + controller + power.

The games are only digitally tied to Your account only, not sure what you meant by my own account?
