I bought a "New/Factory Sealed" .Hack Quarantine from a guy on Ebay. Game arrives, and the shrinkwrap looks pretty shoddy/questionable. More concerning though, the little sticker that wraps across the top of MOST ps2 games is not there (You know, it has the name of the game and wraps over the top so if you're looking at the top of the case you can still tell what game it is)?

I know SOME games didn't have that as part of the original factory seal, but I am doubting this is the case with this one. I'm not going to open it, that's for sure. Do you think I have enough evidence to file a complaint and get my money back?

As I recall, it did have the white sticker, though it's been so long ago I wouldn't take that for gospel truth. Is the shrinkwrap the standard trifold?

The game has a label at the top when its new. Most likely what he sold you was "gamestop new", meaning its new but not sealed.

its a resealed. maybe he got it as a gamestop used or he resealed it himself. but this game game with the hologram ps2 seal. report him to ebay.
