Mutation is down here at a local Hastings.. 3 used copies for rather cheap, something like 29 or so..
 
Has anyone recieved the .hack// part 2 from Buy.com?
I'm sorta looking for that one, and can't find it anywhere, gamestop wants 24 bucks used and most have em without case or some other condition i don't want :wink:

last time i was at Gamerush they had a few copies of mutation marked at 15.99, i believe. i almost picked it up, but couldn't remember which one i needed to complete my set. i get home and relize it was that one, then hit myself in the head. but if i go and they still have more than 1 copy, i'd be willing to hook someone up.

They also have Infection at $19.99, Outbreak at $29.99, & Quarantine at $49.99....not really great prices, but if you get all four from the same website you might save on shipping costs.

That site is junk. They took down all my information. The very next day they put up a post saying the site may be wrong on quantities due to the webmaster having twins. A month later they hadn't even looked at my order and still had all my payment information with no way to cancel online. I edited it all out and told them to go screw themselves. This item should be considered out of stock there.

I have no problem finding all of this series. The difficulty is getting the second and fourth chapters for a decent price. The first and third are easily found for $20 or less. I've been reluctant to start the first since reviews indicate that the individual chapters are short and I don't want to put myself in the position of being hard up for the second chapter. It'll turn up for the right price eventually.
 
i've always been curious about these games. are they good? i might pick 'em up later on down the road.

Part 3 Sealed 14.99 Meijers
Part 4 Sealed 29.99 Meijers

it was buy 1 get 1 50% off at meijers got 4 and 3 was half off... I have 2 copies of Part 2 cause the first one was Game only and a month later they had it complete for 17.99...... Part 2 dont seem to grab much Game only cause i couldnt sell it for 18 anyplace (top offer was like 10)
 
That'd be cool Craven, but if it isn't complete with the Anime DVD and all i don't want it... Thats the hard part i've seen em before but no dvd.

And yea.. 2nd and fourth are insane to find for a decent price... i got the first complete from gamerush for 10 bucks and i slowly and progressing, but don't want to finish becuase i have nothing to continue on.

Oh well baten kaitos will hold me over.
 
Hmm, there were still 3 copies of Quarantine at one of my Targets, last time I checked, I just can't bring myself to pay $30. I am hoping it will be clearanced before they are all gone. I've seen 2 popping up used a lot more than I used to (I had to settle for a used copy, I was unable to find it new).
 
Just the other day I was bidding on a auction for the whole collection + 4 other okay games. I was outbid though; if I remember correctly it ended at about $70~75 shipped.

Are the games even good? From reviews of the game, it doesn't sound fun - only a few cities to explore and the rest is battling. And the DVDs are only about 45 minutes- couldn't they have included more episodes or something.
 
I have 1-3, still looking for 4. I've played all of part 1 and some of part 2. I like the series a lot, but it's a lot of the same thing to play all 4 games.
 
I got hack 1 today, sweat game, but no way ill willing to pay for the whole set.

they could have easily fit the whole thing on one disk -_-
 
Huh, Part 2 seems kinda rare I take it.

*looks over at all four .hack games, sealed*

*sigh*

I really need to play them. Worst thing is I paid full price for the first 3, so I've always shot myself in the foot for doing that.
