"Half" Build New PC

I have a 8800gts Super Clocked Edition and a Brand new ATX case, i Transfered my old hp media center motherboad P5LP-LE to a gaming case hooked everything about runs fine. I cant help be think that because i only have a FSB of 800mhz it bottlenecks my computer. I am getting way different benchmarks on games then other people with the samn card.

Here are my specs:

Windows XP Professional
2GB of Ram
1TB HDD
8800gts Super Super Clocked Edition 640MB
P5LP-LE
300W Generic PSU
Petium D 930 3.0Ghz

I know the motherboard needs upgrading, can anyway give me any insight on a below $200 motherboard that would be good.
