Ok, I am being much simpler now:

1 Sealed Halo 3 CE/LE (the $70 MSRP one with metal case) FS/FT

Feel Free to make an Offer but here are some things I'm looking for, these include shipping costs.

1. $60 of paypal via non-credit card payment method ($63 w/ CC for fees)

2. Copy of Madden 08 Xbox + $10 Paypal (New or Used, but complete)

4. Persona 3 + $15 Paypal (New or Used, but complete)

5. The Orange Box for X360 (Yes, I know it isn't out yet...but still)

6. Feel free to make an offer, any reasonable offer may be accepted (but not guaranteed)
 
Ok, how about $65 Shipped, but without the MS Points????

OR...Instead of the MS points, $85 for the game AND a limited edition Halo 3 Hat (Black hat w/ Halo 3 Logo, from BB Midnight Launch).

I am open to offers so just send me a PM, I also have the Halo 3 Shirt (XL Size) and the BB Chair(but I am reluctant to trade these away, so would take a nice offer).
