Halo 3 Legendary Edition @ GameStop - $80

What was the cheapest we've seen on these things? Amazon had it for cheaper IIRC. My Halo is scratched, I can't play Cortana. I'm probably gonna trade it in and rebuy Halo when I can find a deal.

Is the Legendary > CE in terms of value?

I got mine from Walmart.com when they had them for $59.99.

Legendary is the BOMB version with the helmet and all the extra goodies.
 
Everything would have probably been fine, only if Microsoft stayed with the 99.99 price. Now I'm starting to wonder if paying $60 is going to be a deal by the end of the year.

With how many most stores have in stock it wouldn't surprise me. Local Gamestop has a stack of over a dozen right by the window in front. lol
 
What's the chance one of these things (or any version of Halo) have a major (example: Amazon;60 for Legendary, Gogamer; 30 for regular) deal?

I'm probably gonna wait until I get something good ;]
 
Man I wish I didn't buy mine from Amazon, I'll bet they go down to like $40 cause my CC and BB has butt loads.

On Walmarts website Halo 3 CE is listed as $47. It's been on there like that for awhile...is it a mistake or? I don't wanna get flamed and make a new deal post lol.
 
Well, decided I against getting it at Gamestop $80 was a bit too much, but I did do the buy 1 get 1 coupon to purchase Halo 2 and selected Black for free. Then I went to best buy for something else, and I see Halo 3 Legendary Edition as a managers special for $69.99. so I purchased it anyway for $10 less than gamestop.

At gamestop the woman working the counter didn't know how to do the coupon, she had to get help, and at Best Buy it wasn't discounted in the computer so the clerk had to call and price check it. (The clerk was shocked at the price, I wouldn't be surprised if he had someone set one aside for himself.)

Oh, this the best buy at Ceder Hills Crossing, in Beaverton, OR.

That probably isnt a mistake, they probably have alot of them and want to move some more units. Good find tho.

I haven't seen the LE version in a BB, CC or other B&m store in months. Even 75 isn't a deal at all. It was 59.99 no tax and no shipping @ amazon for a while.
