I have one $10 code, and to bring this down to $20 plus get an extra code is probably the best deal tho, since I'm not too interested in forza anyways, thanks OP

What's up with GS.com recently with their $10-off coupon deals? If they keep this up (and I sure want them to), I am no longer going to GS B&M to shop. I wonder if GS is going the online only retail route and phasing out its B&M business (not possible now, looking at the number of stores they have, but you never know).

No way they are phasing out their B&M stores, that would kill their used game sales/trade-in business. That is how they make their most money.

Phasing out? They just built 10+ new stores in lower Manhattan alone in the past 2 years. Their B&M stores are doing great. That's where the mainstream/casual sales are made. They're probably just trying to build out their online business.

Hmm, I just got a $20 code from my SMG2 order, plus I have a few $10 codes from other games I've bought there...tempting to pick this up.

Although, I'm guessing there will be a huge influx of used Halo 3 ODSTs hitting the market with the Reach beta having ended.

As others said, without the B&M stores they wouldn't have any used games for online, and they have thousands of stores, and keep expanding, so that's definatly not it.

I'd say they're just trying to compete with Amazon and other online only retailers by offering so many online deals, this way they not only have the casual gamers cornered with B&M stores, but they also have all of us/most of us now turning to them over amazon half the time, or finding it hard to choose between the two for most deals, plus most of the CAGers have lots of GS credit from flipping which sweetens the pot even further.

I like racing games, but I couldn't really get into Forza for some reason. Regardless, ODST for $20 is a nice deal. Especially because it includes the Halo 3 multiplayer disk.
