Anyone know where I can get this for 9.99? Or any retailer that has some 10 dollar discount coupon thing going on to knock it down from 20 to 10?
 
Best bet on finding it for 10 is if you can find it on clearance at a sears or kmart, pretty sure they were $10.
If they dont have it and you still want new then best bet is: (not $10 thou)

If your willing to go used plenty of people will sell it to you for 10 or less on ebay or amazon, or any other secondary game store other than gamestop
 
Not very likely as to my knowledge it is out of print in USA and they never made a platinum hits version here (there is one in UK and Europe I don't really know why) I only know this because I purchased the last copy from my local best buy and employee there told me so.

I would still check sears or kmart if you can you may get lucky, otherwise just keep an eye on ebay someone may eventually hit your price point (what I did to get Halo 3 Limited Edition for $25 new)
