Bungie was never dissolved or disbanded in ANY way. They develop games under the name "Bungie Studios" instead of "Bungie Software". Microsoft is the parent company, as well as the publisher.

I talked to the guy who was the manager at Bungie. S1lv3rSpl4tter's right, stupid hackers, you people don't even know about Microawesome buying out Bungie Works. Dos'nt really matter tho bcause Halo 3 is going to soxxorz worse than even hAlo 2. Thats why I only played customs for like one week (1) on Xbox live and then went back to playing Halo 1 Combat evolved on XBOX CONNECTION!!!! hALo 2 & 3
