Dont know if this has been posted but the Toys R Us ad this week has the Halo:Reach controller for 49.99.

Better than most stores.

I spotted these in Sams Club today for $48.

Unless you are a Halo fan and you feel like you must own a Halo Reach controller, I don't recommend this in any ways such that a new controller with an adjustable d-pad is coming out for probably the same price as regular ones.

AFAIK, it's only being released in a Charge & Play bundle at $64.99. Maybe it'll get a separate release in the future, but not at launch.
