ROFL, that's my luck. I almost ordered the plasma rifle this summer when it went to $69. I am sure glad I didn't!
 
blaster is pretty neat. Can't wait till it hits 20 :)

The build quality actually is cheap, I can't believe anyone paid over $100 for it
 
I jumped on the twin pistol laser tag set earlier in the week and the were delivered very quickly...However, the twin set of pistols are not quite the same build quality as the single pistol version (or at least the twin set I got isn't). The twin set pistols don't have a pop up lever on the top when the pistol overheats but just a blinking light on the side. They also seem a bit smaller, maybe 10-15% smaller, which actually might be a good thing if you buying them for kids...but they function the same otherwise, sounds, overcharge,lights in front, ect and its really hard to fault them at just $12 shipped...although the twin set requires, I kid you not, 14 AA batteries...4 for each pistol and 3 for each sensor

Back in "the day" my Dad scored three sets of the original LazerTag guns and me and my brothers had a ball. that was until that kid got capped playing with one by a police-officer.
They were really cool; appearing like a steyer-aug pistol mixed with something from V (the TV series).

Really tempted by the Plasma Rifle, but it takes C batteries. Stupid.

And 14 AA for the Pistols? Holy fuck. Still tempting. I've asked for rechargeable AAs for the holidays. Hopefully I'll actually get some :)

LOL, I had two sets, and the vests. Though I was too chubby to actually wear the vest at the time, at least I could kind of hang it on myself! I would still have it if my mom hadn't given it away while I was at college.

the 12" figures look cool, saw em at toys r us. i'd buy the Chief if i knew i'd be getting the regular one and not the clear version.

From what I can tell the 12 inch is only the OD green. Only the two legendary edition smaller figures are the clear ones.
 
FYI guys the 12 inch Master Chief is going IN and out of stock. Keep checking back.
It's gone and come back 2x now, it has also redirected to another seller once so beware!

Also, price has fluctuated! It is $31 as of now.
 
Actually, that $31 price is from Redford Films, not Amazon. Though their price did go up by $5 since this morning. Amazon seems to be out for the moment, but there's still a chance it'll be back.
 
Ordered the 12 in. Master Chief for my nephew. Christmas shopping has never been so easy.

I almost convinced myself to buy another for...myself, but I can't justify buying toys when I'm already in the hole from Amazon and Rock Band 2. It's a blessing and a curse!

But when are you ever going to find a 12" MC for that price ever again?! It's crazy huge, has lots of detail and is brimming with articulation! Way better than the statues you typically get from McFarlane and Co. that usually sell for the same price if not more.
